Delivering advanced X-ray screening technology anywhere necessary.
Mobile Inspection Points were designed and tailor-made to be the most flexible personnel screening solution for the use by any law enforcement agency. They are robust and fully autonomous solutions, ready to be used immediately upon arrival to the location.
The units are built to operate in any type of weather conditions and under a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity levels and have a complete X-ray protection, eliminating any risk of irradiation to operators or bystanders.
Flexible designs allows for a wide range of user specific customizations from the X-ray machine inptalled to the type of trailer used.

These vehicles streamline the security screening process by offering a fast and convenient way to inspect large volumes of things in a brief sum of time, reducing wait times.
Mobile X-ray vans and minivans can be sent to farther or hard-to-reach areas where traditional screening facilities are not available, ensuring that security measures are in place even in challenging environments.
These portable X-ray machines for security can be customized with particular features or arrangements to meet the unique security needs of different organizations or events, giving a flexible and adaptable solution for different security scenarios.
Mobile X-ray security vans and minivans are equipped with advanced monitoring systems that allow security personnel to view X-ray images in real time, enabling prompt identification of suspicious things or anomalies.
Portable X-ray security machines are built to operate in any type of weather conditions and under a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity levels. X-ray vans and minivans were designed and tailor-made to be the most flexible personnel, hand luggage, and small cargo screening solutions for use by any law enforcement agency.
Select a mobile X-ray van and minivan equipped with a high-quality X-ray system that meets industry standards for security screening. Consider factors such as image resolution, penetration capability, and scanning speed to ensure effective screening results.
Evaluate the mobility and maneuverability of the X-ray van and minivan, especially if you need to access remote or challenging locations. Choose a van or minivan that can easily navigate different terrains and environments for maximum flexibility.
Consider the power source of the X-ray system and ensure that the vehicle has sufficient power capacity to operate the equipment effectively. Opt for an X-ray van or minivan with reliable power supply options for continuous screening operations.
Look for portable X-ray machines for security that offer customization options to tailor the X-ray screening system to your specific security needs. Consider additional features such as integrated monitoring systems, communication tools, or data storage capabilities for enhanced security operations.
Prioritize safety features such as radiation shielding, emergency stop buttons, and secure storage for hazardous materials. Ensure that the portable X-ray security scanners comply with safety regulations and guidelines to protect both operators and screened items.
Choose a mobile X-ray van or minivan from a reputable manufacturer or supplier that offers maintenance services, technical support, and training for operators. Ensure that you have access to reliable support to keep the equipment running smoothly.
Companies often need to decide whether a permanent screening installation or a mobile inspection solution better fits their operational requirements. The right choice depends primarily on how frequently the screening location changes and whether permanent infrastructure is available.
Fixed security screening systems are designed for facilities with established entry points, such as prisons, government buildings, logistics centres, courthouses, and border inspection facilities. These installations provide continuous day-to-day screening at a single location and are typically integrated into existing security infrastructure.
Mobile Inspection Points (MIPs) deliver the same core screening capabilities in a self-contained platform that can be transported wherever security operations are required. By integrating X-ray equipment, operator workstations, power supply, and supporting systems into a vehicle or trailer, they eliminate the need to construct permanent screening checkpoints.
Mobile systems are particularly well suited to temporary operations, emergency response, special events, remote facilities, prison transfers, temporary border checkpoints, and situations where security resources must be shared between multiple locations. Instead of investing in separate fixed installations at every site, companies can relocate a Mobile Inspection Point as operational priorities change.
For companies with both permanent facilities and occasional temporary screening requirements, fixed and mobile solutions are often complementary rather than competing technologies, allowing security teams to maintain continuous protection while retaining the flexibility to respond to changing operational demands.

Yes, LINEV Systems DruGuard is the only patented and commercially available narcotics detection feature for body scanners on the market. DruGuard provides a color coded marking on the scan and a % probability of detection window. At the same time our assistance software DruGuard does not fully replace the operator.
Mobile X-ray inspection points can be deployed wherever temporary or rapidly deployable security screening is required. Common applications include correctional facilities, border crossings, seaports, government buildings, law enforcement operations, public events, critical infrastructure, and temporary security checkpoints. Because the entire screening system is integrated into a vehicle or trailer, it can be relocated between sites as operational needs change without requiring permanent screening infrastructure.
Unlike permanent screening installations, LINEV Systems mobile X-ray scanner machines are designed for rapid deployment. Once the vehicle reaches the inspection location, operators can prepare the system for screening within a short period of time, depending on the vehicle configuration, site conditions, and operational procedures. Since power generation, screening equipment, and operator workstations are integrated into the unit, no permanent infrastructure is required before operations can begin.
Yes. LINEV Systems Mobile Inspection Points are designed as self-sufficient screening solutions. Depending on the configuration, they can operate using their integrated onboard power system, allowing screening activities to continue in locations where utility power is unavailable. This makes them suitable for temporary checkpoints, remote facilities, emergency deployments, and other applications where permanent infrastructure is not available.
Our standard course is a trained eight (8) hour class comprised of state-specific Radiation Safety, System Operation, Administrator Functions, and approximately 2.5 hours of image interpretation training. Using tablets to display real-world image examples to operators provides highly effective instruction on the use of our mobile X-ray vahicles (vans, minivans, trailers and more), methodology, and best practices in reviewing images.
LINEV Systems US is proud to announce that using globally sourced materials we have migrated production, assembly, and testing to Conroe, TX. All US orders are shipped from and supported by U.S.A. operations.
