International Security Expo 2026 is approaching, and this year LINEV Systems UK will bring a new approach to entrance security to Stand D60 at Olympia London.
On 29–30 September, security professionals from across the UK and international market will come together to explore the technologies and strategies being developed to protect people, businesses and critical infrastructure.
For LINEV Systems UK, the exhibition will be an opportunity to present something broader than an individual baggage scanner or people-screening device: a complete integrated checkpoint designed to screen people and their belongings as part of one coordinated security process.
One Entrance. People and Bags. One Screening Process.
At many security checkpoints, people and their belongings are screened by separate systems. A bag passes through an X-ray scanner while the person moves through a walk-through metal detector, leaving the operator to interpret separate results and determine what requires further attention.
The new LINEV Systems checkpoint concept brings these processes together.
It combines LV STREAM AI-automated X-ray baggage inspection with high-throughput WTMD people screening, allowing the person and the associated bag to be screened at the same time.
LV STREAM automatically analyses baggage X-ray data and identifies bags that may contain a potential threat, while the WTMD screens the person moving through the adjacent lane.
The result is a complete entrance-screening solution rather than two independent pieces of security equipment.
One Clear Result for the Operator
The checkpoint is also designed around one of the most important parts of high-throughput screening: how quickly the operator can understand what happened and determine what to do next.
VISUAL EVIDENCE™ converts a people-screening alert into a clear digital silhouette based on the actual person’s height and proportions and displays the alert on the relevant body area.
At the same time, the system maintains the relationship between the person and the bag placed on the LV STREAM conveyor.
Through one tablet interface, the operator can see the people-screening result, alert location, associated baggage result and bag collection status together.
This means operator attention can be directed toward the people and bags that require further inspection, while cleared traffic continues through the checkpoint without unnecessary intervention.
A Complete Solution for Modern Entrances
The concept is designed for facilities where both people and their belongings need to be screened efficiently and consistently.
Potential applications include:
- stadiums, arenas, museums and entertainment venues;
- schools and university campuses;
- courthouses and government facilities;
- corporate and industrial entrances;
- criminal justice and public-safety facilities;
- houses of worship and other high-traffic public checkpoints.
The solution can support single-lane and multi-lane configurations, allowing the checkpoint concept to be adapted to different entrance layouts, visitor volumes and security requirements.

We will be sharing much more about the solution in person at International Security Expo 2026.
Visitors to Stand D60 will be able to meet the LINEV Systems UK team, explore how LV STREAM and WTMD people screening operate together, and discuss how an integrated checkpoint can be configured for different facilities and security operations.
Whether you are responsible for a public venue, educational campus, government building, corporate facility or another high-traffic entrance, we would be happy to discuss your current screening process and the requirements of your site.

Working with LINEV Systems
Replacing an X-ray body scanner is a strategic decision that affects security performance, operational efficiency, and long-term facility planning. Selecting the right technology is only one part of the process — successful implementation also depends on proper system configuration, integration, training, and ongoing support.
LINEV Systems works with security organizations to identify the most suitable screening approach based on their operational requirements, facility conditions, and detection objectives. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, each project is evaluated according to factors such as screening volume, available space, workflow requirements, and future technology needs.
From initial consultation and equipment selection to installation, operator training, and technical support, LINEV Systems provides full lifecycle assistance to help companies maintain reliable screening operations.
With decades of experience in X-ray security technologies and AI-assisted screening solutions, LINEV Systems supports correctional facilities, border control agencies, and other high-security environments in modernizing their screening capabilities and preparing for future operational challenges.
