Description

FLOWD M is a new design solution of a compact, relocatable conveyor-type X-ray inspection system intended for the fast, effective and contact-free inspection of prison mattresses and inmates’ personal belongings.

As we continued our mission to enhance safety in critical environments, our path led us to correctional facilities. The dedicated officers working within prison walls face unique challenges in maintaining security, including the detection of hidden contraband concealed within prison mattresses and personal belongings of the inmates.

Recognizing the significance of this task, we expanded our capabilities to develop FLOWD for Prison Mattresses Inspection. This cutting-edge solution offers a non-contact, high-precision inspection system that assists prison officers in their vital duty to ensure the safety and security of both staff and inmates. FLOWD’s advanced scanning technology detects concealed threats, providing invaluable support for maintaining order within correctional facilities.

In correctional settings, FLOWD’s non-contact inspection system ensures comprehensive detection of dangerous objects hidden within prison mattresses. Its technology offers an unprecedented level of precision, aiding prison officers in maintaining order and security within their facilities.

This system can be can easily be relocated and deployed in any location, including the cell block or dormitory floor wherever security inspections are needed.

Its design means that there is no need to fold mattresses for them to fit into the X-ray inspection system. The FLOWD M also has standard baggage scanner functionality so it can inspect mail and personal property as well as contraband concealed inside prisoners’ clothing.
