Datasheet

BATTERAY WD X-ray extraction system is a cost effective, easy to use solution for the automatic detection and extract any type of batteries in general waste. Such as tools battery packs, electronic device with internal battery, lithium accumulators, electronic cigaretts and so on. The high precision X-ray detectors ensure reliable detection of batteries with little false alarms. AI-based robotic arms allow grab items from the conveyor belt and putting it into four cell to make a primary separation by shape size.
Automatically readyness to detect batteries and other elements that might contain dangerous possibility for the next step of shredding or getting into landfil without propery recycling.

BATTERAY WD X-ray system fits into existing recycling systems, including all balers, end of line converters and hand-picking stations. It can be integrated into your existing plants within the software system to provide automatic workflow.

Extracted types:

  • Cell batteries
  • Electronic cigarettes
  • Gadgets

Battery X-ray Sorting Technology

The problem of waste batteries gets more and more serious every year. Improper disposal of batteries can lead tо an environmental disaster.

Portable batteries are one of the most hazardous waste. There are a lot of hazardous materials in batteries and they must be properly sorted to meet recycling criteria.

Poor sorting purity can lead to emergency situations at processing plants or to contamination and deterioration of the properties of final fractions.

Since 2017 our team has researched the possibility of using X-ray technology to solve the problem of identifying and sorting various types of used batteries
