FEATURED SYSTEMS: FOBOS XR, FLOWD 8020
LINEV Systems proudly participated in RSNA 2025, the world’s largest radiology conference, held from November 30 to December 4 in Chicago. This year’s event brought together radiologists, imaging specialists, researchers, and exhibitors from around the world to explore the latest innovations in medical imaging, diagnostics, and radiology workflows.
The 2025 edition, under the theme “Imaging the Individual,” focused on precision diagnostics, advanced imaging methods, and cutting-edge technology for personalized patient care. During the exhibition, LINEV Systems presented two of our flagship devices designed to push the boundaries of medical imaging and safety:
FOBOS XR — a full-body digital X-ray scanner for forensic and medical use. Known for its high-penetration capacity, exceptional resolution, and rapid scanning time (complete body scan in under 30 seconds), FOBOS XR attracted significant attention from forensic experts, medical professionals, and researchers. The system provides detailed anatomical imaging, post-mortem diagnostics, trauma analysis, and non-invasive full-body imaging. Its high-speed performance and precise results stood out among attendees in need of advanced imaging solutions.
FOBOS XR leverages cutting-edge X-ray technology to provide detailed images of both soft tissues and bones, essential for trauma analysis and post-mortem investigations. With its ability to capture high-resolution scans in under 30 seconds, it’s ideal for environments where time and detail matter — such as forensic pathology labs, emergency rooms, and research facilities. This system ensures the highest level of detail in medical and forensic imaging, enabling practitioners to perform fast, reliable diagnostics.
FLOWD 8020 — a mobile X-ray inspection system designed specifically for the testing and quality control of X-ray protective apparel such as aprons, vests, and thyroid collars. FLOWD 8020 ensures precise determination of lead equivalence, automatic detection of weakened areas in protective gear, and generates clear, color-coded inspection reports. This system provides fast, non-contact quality control, helping to maintain safety standards for medical personnel and facilities by ensuring optimal protection during radiology procedures.
The FLOWD 8020 system plays a crucial role in the safety of medical staff by performing rapid, non-invasive checks of protective clothing used in radiology. With its ability to detect weak points or breaches in lead-equivalent materials, FLOWD 8020 helps prevent radiation exposure risks. Its easy-to-use interface and real-time feedback allow for quick decision-making, ensuring that protective garments maintain the highest levels of safety during routine medical and forensic procedures.
Throughout the exhibition, we conducted live demonstrations of both systems, engaging with radiology specialists, forensic experts, and medical institutions. The interest in the FOBOS XR’s full-body imaging capabilities and the protective apparel assurance provided by FLOWD 8020 was very high, reflecting the growing need for advanced imaging and safety solutions in the medical field.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, asked insightful questions, and explored how our technologies can enhance imaging quality, operational workflows, and safety standards. If you were unable to meet with us at RSNA 2025 or would like to receive more information, demo materials, technical specifications, or discuss possible collaborations, our team is happy to assist you.
